Show Notes

I spent three years building things in private. Good things, I think. But nobody knew they existed. I'd finish a project, push it to a GitHub repo, and move on to the next idea.

The turning point came when I posted a half-finished project on Twitter on a whim. The response wasn't "wow this is garbage." It was: "I've been trying to solve the same problem — can I help?"

That conversation led to a collaboration, which led to my first real open-source contribution with outside contributors. All from showing unfinished work.

This podcast is an extension of that experiment. I'm going to talk about what I'm building, why, how it's going, and what I'm learning — in real time, before I know how it ends.

Welcome aboard.
